or a rich one with only organic products for 18,- €/person

Either provided or shared with me (depending on my availability) for a moment of socializing.

    – aubergines à la Provence
    – pesto soup
    – homemade tapenade (olive paste)
  • Main course:
    – cod brandade gratin
    – lamb stew
    – aioli
    – Camargue bull stew
    – Fisherman’s pot (Sétoise recipe)
  • Desserts:
    – local goat cheese drizzled with olive oil, thyme and fig.
    – sweet dessert of cherries or apricots
    – homemade strawberry sorbet (strawberries from my garden) with chocolate fudge.
    – cream white chease with strained homemade strawberries
