Enjoy a meal on our terrace, overlooking the village rooftops and the Collias church steeple, bathed in golden evening light. On reservation, I prepare meals using fresh, local and often organic produce, following recipes from the Uzège region passed down from my grandmother.

Your host, Béatrice

Originally from Romans (Drôme), I studied cinema in Paris where I lived for about ten years. Now settled in Collias, in my grandparents' house, I welcome you with simple and refined hospitality. Passionate about nature, cooking and sharing, I've travelled to India, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and Lapland. I prepare meals with fresh, local ingredients, and offer, on request, guided walks to discover the wild plants of the region. Trained in aromatic and medicinal plants (BPREA), I also make oil macerates (St. John's wort, immortelle, calendula), available at Les Chambres d'Élise.
